I enjoy breaking up large complex problems into small manageable ones. But the part of my job I love most is coaching and mentoring other developers. As I’ve learned the hard way, technical aptitude is not enough, so I’m driven to help engineers develop their soft skills and maximize their productivity habits to live better more fulfilling careers.
